The KW Countertop Installation Experience
The KW Countertop installation experience is designed with your comfort and confidence in mind.
Prior to ordering materials, our professional installers will first visit your home and measure your kitchen or bath to ensure a trouble-free installation.
Before our installers arrive the customer MUST have the sink and faucets removed and any adjustments to the electrical or gas connection to stoves completed by applicable trades people. As well the customer is responsible for the reconnection of all plumbing and appliances by qualified trades people.
Since countertops are fastened from the underside of the countertop, the top drawers should be removed and top shelves emptied of household items.
KW Countertop is responsible for:
- Safe delivery to the job site of all installation products and materials
- Proper fastening of the countertop material to the cabinet base
- Sink hole cut
- Stove top cut out (additional charge)
- Areas requiring caulking
- A Satisfied Customer
Please Note:
(If KW Countertop is not providing the sink, the customer must have the independently purchased sink there for the day of the installation. KW Countertop does not guarantee any sink that is being re-used from a previous countertop.)
KW Countertop accepts no responsibility for the re-connection of the plumbing, as well; the fastening of the sink to the counter material is also the responsibility of whoever may be looking after the plumbing. We can recommend people we have used in the past to perform these few tasks.
